Sean Grace

Much of my career has involved Regional and District Council resource consenting and plan change processes, having worked for a number of major public and private entities Aotearoa-wide. I have a wide array of experience in infrastructure projects, land development schemes, as well as a range of planning policy projects.

I bring an excellent understanding of the management and planning issues associated with social infrastructure and network utility facilities, and have managed a number of non-statutory projects, including site selection studies and feasibility assessments.

I have managed numerous land development projects involving complex consent and/or plan change processes, including industrial and residential subdivisions in growth areas of Tauranga and Auckland. I advise a number of government and state-owned enterprise clients, including Ara Poutama Aotearoa: Department of Corrections and City Rail Link Limited.
