Anastasia Turapina

My professional journey began four years ago with a Bachelor's degree in architecture, but I quickly realised my passion lies in the broader context of urban design and planning. I find it fascinating to understand the complexity of the urban context and how different layers of the urban fabric interact and influence each other. That's why I decided to obtain a master's degree in urban planning and spatial development.

After that, I worked as a GIS analyst defining patterns of cities' spatial development. It was an amazing experience but I missed having an opportunity to create and design something new. For this reason, I joined a company that was involved in projects in architecture and urban design. In that position, I worked on a wide variety of projects in master planning, urban concept design, and urban analysis. My experience in these diverse projects has honed my research, data analysis, creative problem-solving, and graphic skills, which I’m fond of developing further.

This desire as well as my passion to make the urban environment a better place has led me to Boffa Miskell in May 2023, where I am excited to continue my career and bring all the skills I gained.
