I have a broad and thorough working knowledge of planning under the RMA and its practical application to development proposals and the resolution of environmental issues. I bring a high level of communication and analytical skills to my work, and I have considerable experience in the preparation and administration of district plans, both as a policy planner and as a regulatory planner.
I have prepared and processed a number of district plan changes and reviews for city and district councils addressing a broad range of issues. My work in consent planning, including the preparation of documents for resource consents, and the assessment of effects on the environment reports and analysis, provides me with a thorough operational knowledge of the effectiveness of district plan policies and methods.
I have worked on a range of commercial, infrastructural, rural, recreational, community and residential developments within a wide variety of environments, bringing timely and positive outcomes for clients.
