Pouwhiri Matua | Senior Principal
I have expertise in urban design and planning, stakeholder engagement, and project management; and a proven ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams through complex statutory and design processes. I have led teams of planners, designers, and policymakers to successfully deliver complex infrastructure projects across New Zealand.
With nearly 25 years of experience, I have gained valuable insights from the public and private sectors, working as both a client and a consultant. I am highly skilled at navigating political decision-making processes, ensuring meaningful communication and collaboration. I bring creative thinking and solutions, risk management and meaningful engagement with mana whenua, stakeholders and local communities to all my projects.
I currently lead the team in our Dunedin office.
