Dave Moule

I have extensive experience as a planner and senior manager within local government and as a planning consultant in the private sector. I work with and advise a wide range of clients, providing practical advice on resource management issues and the relevant statutory requirements, while demonstrating a sound understanding of commercial risk.

I have a considerable track record in the preparation and processing of resource consent applications and assessments of environmental effects; and an in-depth understanding of the Resource Management Act and other legislative tools and political processes that influence the way in which resources are managed, used and developed. This underpins my sound working knowledge of the key issues and challenges that landowners and consent authorities face on a day-to-day basis.

I have been the Managing Principal of the Hamilton Office since 2019.
